From first enquiry to agreed delivery
Our process is deliberately simple and transparent. You always know what has been agreed, what it will cost and what happens next.

You submit an enquiry
You send us a short description of the project, the kind of support you are looking for and your preferred timeframe. You can use the contact form or write to us by email.

We review the requirements
We read the enquiry and check whether the work falls within our services and whether we have the availability required. If it does not, we say so rather than accepting work we cannot support properly.

An introductory discussion is arranged
We arrange a call or exchange of messages to clarify the objectives, the practical constraints, the people involved and what a useful contribution from us would be.
- 04
Scope, schedule and fees are agreed
We provide a written proposal describing the support to be provided, the period it covers, how we will communicate and the fees. Nothing is chargeable until you accept it in writing.

We provide the agreed support
We carry out the work as described in the accepted proposal, keeping records of schedules, decisions and outstanding items so that everything remains traceable.
- 06
Communication continues throughout
You have a single point of contact for the duration of the engagement. Changes to scope are discussed and confirmed in writing before they take effect.
No contract is created by an enquiry
Submitting the contact form, or sending us an email, does not automatically create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. A working relationship begins only when a written proposal covering scope, schedule and fees has been accepted by both the client and STRONG OFF LTD.
